Why We Exist
A rebel’s first meeting can be an overwhelming experience and it can be difficult to find out how to get more involved. The Integration Working Group is working to fix this, starting with making new rebels feel welcome and helping them find their meaningful place.
Our main aim is to get people more involved in XR Bristol, in a way that suits them. We want to improve rebels’ journeys from their first meeting to truly feeling part of XR Bristol.
What We Do
Right now we’re doing things like welcoming and inspiring new rebels at every meeting, collecting anonymous feedback, arranging assemblies on topics like inclusivity and diversity, and helping other Working Group welcome more members.
